Our most recent sale had the potential to be pretty complicated. We had renters living in the home, very tight deadlines and a lot of moving pieces. Denise and Courtney just handled it. They sold the house off market in less than 24 hours through their network and made a situation that could have been incredibly stressful feel surprisingly easy. One of the things I appreciate most about Denise, though, is that she has been there for us even during all the years when we weren’t buying or selling anything.
