"I worked with Denise Laugesen and also Cortney over about a six month period while was in an IRS section 1031 Exchange. This is an excellent and exceptional team. I am a retired real estate attorney. The plan was to purchase three homes on the peninsula. We looked between Millbrae through San Carlos. We looked for hours even before the exchange closed. Denise placed bids and more bids. The first home closed a week before the exchange. Denise negotiated the price and conditions to meet the seller’s unique requirements. She assisted in finding contractors to make the repairs I wanted. Finally she assisted in finding renters after the seller moved out. This was a full service and excellent operation. She did the same with the second home and then the third home. She worked well with the different brokers and sellers. She arranged the repairs requested and supervised the repairs. Both Denise and Cortney were available to handle emergencies when needed. In one case they were dealing with an out of country seller. Finally she referred me to a local manager when I requested. There is no one else but The Laugesen team that I would ever use for any real estate transaction!"
