Cortney Laugesen is a second-generation Bay Area real estate professional and luxury real estate advisor serving Hillsborough, Burlingame, San Mateo and communities throughout the San Mateo Peninsula.

Raised on the Peninsula and introduced to the real estate business through her mother, Denise Laugesen, Cortney joined the family business in 2009. She grew up around real estate, learning firsthand that successful representation is built on market knowledge, relationships, communication, preparation and an extraordinary level of attention to detail.

Since joining The Laugesen Team, Cortney has developed her own distinctive role within the business. She combines deep knowledge of Peninsula real estate with a modern, highly responsive approach to client service, digital marketing, technology and property presentation.

Cortney is particularly passionate about helping buyers and sellers navigate the emotional and financial decisions that accompany a major real estate move.
