For nearly a half century, Legacy Real Estate & Associates has adhered to the principles that have made us steady and strong. We have two equal goals. The first is to make a better future for our clients and their families. The second is treat our agents like gold and make sure they have the support they need to succeed. It might seem like two simple tenets, but at Legacy we believe in people and we measure the success of real estate transactions in human terms. It’s why agents and clients come to us and stay with us. It’s what enables us to work with high-quality organizations that benefit our agents and clients in new ways. And it’s why we’re able to leverage our experience and local market knowledge in residential real estate for a significant impact in our community. We were established by a group of independent-minded Realtors with extensive and in-depth knowledge of Northern California residential real estate sales and marketing. Our local ownership and management structure enables our sales professionals to focus on client services and direct resources where they belong, and allows us to be more flexible in terms of adjusting to consumer wants and needs.
Legacy Real Estate & Associates began in 1971 with a man and his vision. Bill Aboumrad, Sr. started Good Real Estate in Fremont, a company that was bound by ethical standards, took a creative approach to problem solving and where each associate had a genuine desire to be kind and gracious. Today, the legacy continues with his son, Bill Aboumrad, Jr. who, as the president, holds the same vision for the company. As a result the company has attracted and retained some of the best and most experienced agents in the industry. “My dad set a solid foundation for me to continue in his legacy, and that’s what the Legacy Real Estate & Associates name and tree is all about. We are always looking to innovate. We’ve been around for neatly 50 years and have seen the marketplace change. Our agility and ability to act has served our clients and our agents well throughout the years. We’ve seen changing economic cycles and client demographics, advancements in technology and the increase in the amount of knowledge that is now required for real estate professionals to master. We’ve negotiated through it all by vesting in new technologies, training and techniques that enable out agents to better serve clients, Save time and improve overall communication.

We routinely host free trainings and seminars on everything from technology and marketing to the latest compliance and legal issues so our agents are armed with the information they need. And beyond business, we believe it is important to create a community amongst our agents, both in-office and as a company. Our monthly picnics gather all of our agents in one place so they can get to know each other better, share best practices and just have fun.
